Instructions for Presentation Poster Papers

The dimensions of the poster board are 90 cm wide x 120 cm high (view sample below), the size of your poster should be limited to the dimensions of the poster board. We suggest you to print your poster with standard ISO A0 size paper (841 mm in width and 1189mm in height, or 33.11 inches x 46.82 inches), which just fit the board well. Allocate the top of the poster for the title and authors as stated on the submitted abstract. The main body of the poster normally includes Introduction, Objectives, Methods, Results, and Conclusions. Please never put abstract on your poster.

  • The text and illustrations should be bold enough to be read from a distance of two meters (six feet).
  •  The Introduction should contain 3 to 5 sentences outlining information necessary to understand the study and why it was done.
  • The objectives or aims of the study, the questions to be asked, or the hypothesis to be tested should be clearly stated in as few words as possible.
  • Outline your methods briefly. Provide details only for new methods or important modifications of older ones.
  • Results should be presented as graphs or charts. Provide a key to explain symbols or other details. You may also want to provide an interpretation of the results below each panel.
  • The conclusions and acknowledgements should be concise.

Selected papers will be announced by the committee on 17 November 2010
The printed Poster hardcopys should be taken to the conference by the delegates, and will be posted to the poster area in the designated position according to the “registration Number”.
Tacks and technical equipment will be available for the hanging of posters.
Authors who are presenting the poster are required to stand by their poster during each poster session.
Please remove your poster after the assigned date and time. The Organizing Committee will not be responsible for posters that are not removed on time.

PROSEDUR PENDAFTARAN DAN PEMESANAN STAND
  • Pendaftaran ditutup tanggal 20 Novemebr 2010  atau stand dinyatakan telah habis.
  • Calon Peserta  wajib melengkapi Formulir pendaftaran dan mengembalikan kepada Panitia Pameran. Serta membayar uang dp sebesar 50% melalui transfer ke nomor rekening :

Bank Mandiri KCP Tangerang, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta.
Calon Peserta akan menerima tanda terima resmi, setelah membayar uang DP 50% sebagai bukti pendaftaran telah diproses.
  • Apabila alternatif stand yang dikehendaki pada Formulir 1 tidak tersedia (sudah dipesan pihak lain),  maka Panitia Pameran akan memberikan surat penawaran stand yang lain sesuai dengan klasifikasi produk. Calon Peserta Pameran yang telah setuju atas penawaran stand yang diberikan Panitia Pameran, diwajibkan menandatangani surat penawaran stand yang dikeluarkan oleh Panitia.
  • Apabila tidak ada tanggapan dalam kurun waktu 7 hari sejak penawaran stand diterima oleh Calon  Peserta Pameran, maka Calon Peserta Pameran dianggap setuju atas alokasi stand berdasarkan penawaran stand terakhir.
  • Pelunasan wajib dilakukan sesuai dengan invoice dari Panitia Pameran  selambat - lambatnya pada tanggal jatuh tempo yang tertera pada masing-masing invoice.
  • Apabila sampai dengan tanggal jatuh tempo pelunasan tersebut pembayaran belum dilakukan, maka kelengkapan peserta seperti kartu masuk, dan surat ijin melakukan loading barang ke dalam stand pameran tidak diberikan oleh Panitia Pameran.

PEMBATALAN KEPESERTAAN
  • Pembatalan ada biaya pembatalan yang wajib dipenuhi Apabila sampai dengan tanggal jatuh tempo untuk pembayaran uang muka belum dilunasi, maka kepesertaannya dianggap batal dan stand akan kembali bebas untuk dijual kepada pihak lain. Uang tanda jadi yang telah disetorkan kepada Panitia tidak dapat diambil kembali atau dinyatakan hangus.
